FAQ'sWhat files will I get with your service?For logos, you'll receive a complete set of industry standard file formats suitable for web use and for domestic and professional print output. The following file formats are supplied (based on a typical logo design project): • Resolution Independent Vector: Illustrator (.ai), EPS and Adobe PDF • Print Resolution (300dpi): Layered Adobe Photoshop (.psd), TIF and JPG • Web Resolution (72 dpi): Layered Adobe Photoshop (.psd) and a range of sizes in the most suitable file type out of JPG, GIF and PNG. Other file types are available on request
Do you design with Pantone colours?Yes. PMS references are provided if requested
How long will the design process take? This will always depend on the task and, of course, the complexity of
the design and revisions requested. As well as physically designing your
logo, research is undertaken to ensure optimum suitability As many as you need until you are satisfied
How will I receive my files?A (private) link can beprovided for you to download them from or they can be emailed directly to you. Files can also be burned to CD and posted to you.

I don't know which file format to use for print - can you help?Once you're a client you're a client for life. Technical support and advice is only ever an email away.
Will I get copyright on my new logo?Full and exclusive copyright assignment is given in writing with all custom logo design.
I already have a logo but it's only in web resolution - can you redraw it for me so that I can print it out on my stationery and advertising?Yes, that's a speciality service..
I've lost the files that you sent me - can I get them again?Design projects are regularly archived and, should you lose your files, they can be recovered and sent again free of charge - even 10 years down the line.
It's two months after I purchased my logo but I've changed my mind about the colour - can you help?If ever you need minor tweaks to your design or other sizes and file types, they can be carried out for a nominal charge to cover time.
